For such a low price this hotel is situated in the centre of the city , close to Sacre Coeur, Gare du Nord, rer and metro. Quite cosy too. Not far from it there's a 24h supermarket .
The hotel is really small though they've tried to make it look attractive w/ the interiors. The smallest room, elevator & bathroom for a hotel . Lol. The room smells kinda old. & yeah, quite expensive .
