Always have a strategy. ALWAYS. Otherwise you'll make some unholy combination of everything you see topped with pineapple jalapeno dressing because it ALL LOOKS SO GOOD. Srsly, trust me on this one.
Salad is great but it's easy to over stuff your salad . Only take a little bit of each thing -- including the lettuce!
Get salad , mix it up, maybe add some fruit . Turkey or beef , both very good. Don't forget the bread , it's homemade too.
