Helpful staff , large selection. Lots of products are on display so you can "try" before you buy. You can price-match with most retailers although prices are quite competitive already.

Took my MacBook Pro there for repairs. They were super fast. The parking space is humongous too. Don’t visit during the rush hour though.

For the most part they have pretty much all you need. Building your own computer? Find 98% of the parts there.

Lots of stuff. If you have an electronic you want, they probably have it. Lots of PC components . But not the best browsing/shopping experience.

Do not park along the Memorial Drive side...my car was broken into and the store doesn't have a security camera and and the parking lot is littered with auto-glass and store does not really care.

Make sure to leave yourself at least 30 minutes to drop something off or pick it up for service/repair. Slowest line ever!

Do not park in the spaces along Memorial Drive . Your car window may get smashed and your car broken into.

Service is slow in the store. And on the phone. Glad I bought the service plan when I bought my laptop. I ended up needing it.
