This Carl's is hit or miss. Sometimes they do good, other time they screw up order and I've ended up waiting in the drive thru line for 25 minutes.
They always tell us to "pull to the side, we'll bring it to your car" No matter how large or small the order is. Slow service... Like mentally handicapped people, slow. I'm serious about this. :-(
They always mess up orders. Always. One time they even forgot to take my husbands money. Thanks for the free food.
