Bit old furniture , but they have nice staff , excellent concierge service , good breakfast

Bed was really great - so soft and comfortable ! I would not say that they had the best breakfast but it was ok - omelette , variety of cheese and ham , some vegetables and fruits . There is iron in room

Comfortable bed , many selections in the buffet breakfast , spacious/sparsely populated club, friendly staff , very close transit options.

Lovely spacious rooms and beds. Fabulous central lounge and bar area. Very generous and professional bar service . Expensive.

If you're staying here, make sure breakfast is included in your room unless you like paying fifty euro for breakfast for two!!

Very classically stylish Madrid hotel ...not so central but very near the Metro...service is excellent...choose the Club rooms !

Booking service was great. Location is the best for shopping in Madrid. We will back for sure. New Dry Bar has best and new Gins .

Make sure you get access to the 1st floor lounge . Unlimited food all day long.

The 30 minute massage was awesome! Excellent masseuse - great to overcome jet lag.

I you feel sick and need a doctor then the concierge can source one for you. Really quick and efficient. Cost a bit though. 150 euros.
