(Update). Visited this store on Labor Day and I must say, the customer service was so 'tip-top' that it matched their Grand Opening efforts. I made sure to share my gratitude with my nice cashier .
I came here to get some custom blinds since Home Depot didn't care for my business. The gentlemen helping us was informative. I even got one of my measurements wrong and they were able to help out.
Love their selective products. Pricey but the best in town .

Agree. Customer Service Desk' needs to improve. Hurry and fix the self-check out machines so we won't have to deal with females that don't smile or the 'no hustle' douche-bag. PonyTailGuyIsAlright!
Forget about instore pickup for online orders here. You're better off picking up the stuff yourself Cuz the service is super slow and takes about 1.5 hrs for your order to be ready.
