Krísuvíkurvegur [42) Reykjanesfólkvangur Iceland
Fully recommended. If you don't have time to go to the larger fields in the Myvatn area this is a nice alternate near Reykjavik . Don't miss the green lake along the street!
Beautiful little stop and worth the walk up the hill .
You'd feel like in Natgeo documentary as you walk on this Seltún geothermal area but it is really stinky due to sulfur so try not to think about it ????
The geothermal area of sulphur fields and hot springs Seltún in the wilderness Krýsuvík
Usually a short and the first stop on a Reykjanes round trip
Hot Springs and a landscape which gives you the feeling you are on the moon.
Close drive from Reykjavik very well worth it.
Watch the earth bubble.
There is no need to climb up that big hill . Trust me. There's nothing to see. :)
O cheiro de enxofre é forte, mas vale a visita!

Great place for a hike or drive by, lots of scenic views with the black sands and volcanic rock formations :) - Michee Lee

We were here in august and I've been thinking about the lobster soup since then. It really is the best lobster soup it's so deep and rich in flavor. I highly recommend it! - Hanna Johansson
