Scare everyone by swooping around with your arms outstretched while pretending you just beamed yourself out of the UFO-like beeper they give you when you order pizza . Remember to make weird noises.

The Vapiano Concept: You'll (1) queue up 30min in front of a sweating hobby cook, (2) walk your food in search of a free table, (3) eat "Italian" fast food (4) queue again to pay on leaving. Funky! :p

Food is delicious, especially Pesto Basilica. Takes ages to get food, though (self service ). Not the greatest concept for eating with friends etc.

Great place to stay... Easy to relax and original way of orders making.. Two evenings went through to the edge of the night.. ;))). Enjoy

I wouldn't call this place "good for groups ," especially at lunch . They make the dishes a few dishes at a time, so the first person and last person in our group were served twenty minutes apart .

The good: Food is freshly made when you order right in front of you. The bad: Rush hour = a lot of waiting time. Alot!

The food was good but the concept (self service ) meant leaving the table to que endlessly. Pizza took 5 minutes, pasta 30!. So, we all ate separately and not had our meal together.

Looks like usual canteen: burnt oil, dirty dinnerware, tables not always clean . Eat pizza , burrata cheese and lasagne !

Pasta was decent, not much in the way of meat though, only a few pieces added. Pretty good value and nice seating outdoors too.

Self service :( As a single parent with 2 kids I had to leave 1 to guard the table, que endlessly and send the other child back and forth with food. We all ate alone and mostly sat alone.

Delicious and fresh food .pasta pesto rosso and arabiata are yummyy.next pizzas ..👍

vapiano - what else to say? huge one, even monday evening at 10pm slightly crowded , restrooms downstairs.

Comparing Vapiano Restaurants in Europe, Berlin Vapiano Restaurants loose big time. Always crowded , slow and food is often too salty. Menu doesn't offer risotto . Shame!

I did not like the concept. Seems like this is restaurant , but in fact it is fast food . The meal was ok, but not something very 'Italian'. I cook pasta better, guys.

A good choice if you are in a hurry, they serve fast Italian food . I liked their tiramisu .

Delicious and affordable Italian food . Never disappointed me! :)

excellent salads and italian pasta restaurant ...they prepare the food in fron of you, but unlikely it's a little bit too long.

Make sure you keep all your cards even if you don't use them all

takes forever, pasta is undercooked, and the lines are usually very very long... the pizzas are okay though. also it gets more and more expensive every year, while the quality gets worse and worse...

It's great food but you have to queue for ages to order your food. Not great for socialising with friends.

This is a self service , pay-as-you-eat kind of thing. I gave up when I saw it was really packed, but it looked good.

Tasty, but expensive . Also tend to be really crowded at times.

The worst 'food' I can remember ever eating. Pasta sauces are 'wok' fried. Spaghetti bolognaise was a congealed homogenous mass. Best described as 'Italian McDonalds'.

Freshly made pasta , pizza and salads . Great for a quick lunch stop.

Very stressfull and noisy . Don't go here if want to cool down after the shopping. Food ok but not more than ok.

Wasn't good idea to try the Denkil Fusilli ..

The food is good but Marcel, the waiter , is rude. And they don't have soy milk ...in 2013? Come on!

Run away from Michelle's station - she is the slowest cook I've ever seen!!!!

Service here is getting worse and worse. Portions are smaller than they used to be a few years ago.

This place is like hell ! You have to wait in queue at least to get something to eat and chase 15 min for a place to sit down. Never again...

Very thin poor pizza :(
