Chao Phraya Express Boat

Best way to see the temples and avoid traffic. 14 baht takes you to Wat Phra Kaew and Wat Pho among others. Picks up at Saphan Taksin station of BTS.

Do not use blue flag boats , they are for tourists and one day ticket costs 150 Bahts/person. Use orange line instead, as locals do and pay 15 Bahts/person for the ride along whole river .

If you really want to enjoy in beautiful view of the city from the river in the night, and you can afford it, take one of the many cruise boats that run slowly with a romantic dinner included...

3 baht from station number 8 @ wat arun. Dont get confuse with the express boat that cost u 100baht per person from thak sin to grand palace (but they dropped me at wat arun, has to walk further more)

Only 15 baht to Grand Palace with orange flag boat . The Chao Phraya Express is under the Saphan Tak Sin BTS. Buying a ticket on a boat is cheaper than buying at ticket booth :)

Loud lady with metal cashbox is charging tickets for boat ride . Do not believe her that ticket costs 20 Bahts. However if you like her, give her a tip and if you are lucky you'll get a smile!

Forget taxi or metro. This is the best way for local transport.

Definitely take this option if your destination happens to be one of the stops. Save a lot of time! Can pay on board so just hop on!

All day passes for sale ONLY at the Main Pier . Only one way tickets are available on the boats themselves.

1 way 40 bht, one day 150 bht.

You know the direction of boat by flag's colors.

15 baht for wherever you wanna go.
