The cinema is quite satisfactory..but the royale popcorn was a ripoff though

Mobile app is not so good, tried and after purchase is made I did not get my ticket, and there is no record for what movie I buy, ended up take the credit card statement to do the refund.
Book tickets earlier if you are watching movies on a public holiday!!!!
