You find here the theatre , multiple bars and restaurants , grocery store , office and housing buildings. Strongly recommend the Bourne Seafood Bar on the other side of water.

Very modern and vibrant part of the city . It's the new Dublin. Make sure to visit at night time, the lights are damn cool!

Great place for lunch in the middle of the city . Loads of bars , and cafés around. Airy and relaxing.

When the sun is out its a great place to hang out, especially on a work lunch .
