If you are on your way to work in the morning, regardless of how long the drive-through line is, use it. They have more workers staffing it than the front counter.

Give someone a Product (RED) gift card or register one to use yourself and Starbucks will donate 5 cents each time it's used. Think how that adds up when millions of people across the U.S. use one!

Local water boil order 4/6 and 4/7/2011. Limited menu - no espresso drinks - but they're doing an awesome job of improvising with brewed coffee . Try something new & creative.

I love this Starbucks! They have the friendliest employees. The O'Fallon location could take tips from here.

Amazing service!!!! Had exactly one dollar to buy a reusable cup and they used tip money to pay tax for me!! No one inside on a Saturday morning

I frequently come to this store and rarely experience any problems with the drive thru . I guess it depends on the rime of day that you come out here.
