Heikki from the front desk was an absolute pleasure to work with. Finnish Sauna included in the executive suite!

The time spent in the hotel radisson blu was awesome......... Had a very nice and clean room ..... The experience was full of luxury !!!!! It also have a very fantastic view from the window of the hotel

I really like this hotel . Good rooms and a fantastic service. I can see why they have won so many awards.

The breakfast buffet is the best in Helsinki probably. Very comfortable beds and a good location. It's a bit more expensive than other hotels and the hotel gym is unfortunately very poor.

I have a Elite gold member card but there was some confusion on a reception about the room upgrade. Only after spoked three person and explained the "rules" (showed from their web page) they upgraded.

Business hotel . It's like you bother them. And the result is: you want to search for another place to stay. Sad because the bed is super nice.

Very slow check-in, so be prepared. Staff also warned us about Sunday mornings breakfast queues..

Try the business room. Comes with a personal sauna !

There are no big blankets. Be aware that even on a king size bed there will be 2 small blankets.

Классный отель в центре, около ж/д вокзала , стильный номер , шикарная удобная кровать и подушки , хорошая сауна в отеле , хорошая звукоизоляция, прохладно, но самый теплый отель из посещенных в Финляндии

Отличный отель , расположение радует. При входе на завтрак не спрашивают даже номер комнаты. Приветливый персонал . Больше всего в номере понравилось это встроенный телевизор в зеркале в ванной .
