The service used to be terrible, but it has become my favorite Verizon store. The girl in customer service was extremely helpful on my latest visit. I can always appreciate helpful employees !

SCAM artists . They do not provide you with an official copy of your future bill upon purchase. when your bill arrives, and you have been unjustly overcharged, there is a high fee to return the item.
