I usually like the more old-fashioned cocktail bars , but I have to admit that this place is really good. All their drinks are not just show off creations but create a new and unique taste sensation.

Quinary is a numeral system with 5 as its base, the philosophy of stimulating all 5 senses. Signature: Earl Grey Caviar Martini or the Lavender Meringue Pie with marshmallow foam, limoncello and gin .

I found this hidden gem absolutely randomly but it was a great surprise. Stylish , classy , great food and best drinks. We also tried their "homemade " wasabi vodka . Great experience!

Unique and hip place in HK, earl grey martini is a must. Marshmellow shots look better than they taste. Drinks are great overall and I highly recommend this place.

Bold call, but I'd say Quinary serves the best cocktails in Hong Kong (at same price point). Do yourself a favour and try the lavender meringue one.

black pearl is great. remarkably balanced smoked scotch cocktail . do drink it fast, though, when the ice melts, the smoke starts to dominate.

Highly recommend the 2 leaves and 6 month barrel aged Manhattan . You can get the latter "smoked," served out of a flask with literal smoke in it.

The Margarita ! Black Pearl is not bad. Comparing with the same price level bars , this one still has a way to go.

Look I know this place is super trendy and hip . But it is also really expensive , and all that innovation comes at the expense of the classic drinks that are not always done all that well . Not cheap .

Marshmallow duos are overpriced but super adorable and photo worthy. Not much of alcohol taste in it but really creamy. Love it.

The Black Pearl , smoked version, seriously blew my mind. It's sooooooo good. Swirl it around in the bottle a lot before pouring it.

This is the place that made me fell in love with Blood Mary's. And the truffle fries are to die for.

I find this place to be overrated. Their house cocktails are interesting but they execute the classics poorly. If I can't get a good Negroni at your spot then it probably isn't that great.
