Lovely Lido but the worst management possible. The Lido closes from 1 to 2pm, yeah very unfortunate if it's a sunny day.

Clean , very vigilant life-guards and great pool, although its not heated, FYI before you jump in xx

Take your flip flops! The floor is hard to walk on without ;)

Ladies only swimming on Wednesday's from 8-9:30pm (lane swimming only) and Sunday's from 5-6:30pm

Great gym w Technogym kit and really good pool(s) (depending on the season) too

Go for an early morning lane swim . Every day between 7 and 8 am.

After 1pm, gets a little quieter on a Sunday.

Cardio area in the gym is quite good. Freeweights and resistance machines aren't great. Often overcrowded. Cheap tho!

50m outdoor pool with large grass area for sunbathing - fairly quiet .
