The seaweed salad , cold marinated brussel sprouts , and creamed spinach in the buffet section are delicious! Stay away from the plantains and squid , those are too hard/dry/rubbery.

Buffet style lunch that's actually good. Plenty of seating upstairs for meetings, getting some work done, or deciding you want more food.

Good things here: tostada salad w/ grilled chicken , the signature sandwich (turkey , brie , green apple , honey mustard on seeded hero), the salad bar , the juice bar .

if you are looking for a meal on the go, can't go wrong here. The Salad is a great value at 6.95. It was so big it took me two meals to finish it!

Place is overpriced...but if you get the soup it isn't a bad deal, as long as you make sure to grab a bag & stuff it w/ their delicious garlic bread that they give w/ the purchase of a cup of soup !!!!

Grocery items are priced twice their equivalent at the CVS just across the street.THE MANAGER AND KOREAN WORKERS ARE WAY RUDE But the young fella at the salad section beats them all at rudeness. 0/5

Their black and white cookies are superb, don't be fooled by the plastic wrap they just keep the freshness in. Definitely one of the best cookies I've had in nyc in years.

the pizza is actually a good deal here. the hot buffet , not so much. very good salad with grilled salmon . if you are careful, you can get a good deal ...if not you spend $13-14 for lunch ...

Go to the juice bar and ask for the green drink (not on the menu ). Tons of vegetables , lemon and ginger . Really good.

If you like to try varieties of the open buffet it's %50 cheaper after 3.00 Pm every single day.

Many healthy (& not so) food choices, fast service & fast checkout for a fast food joint feel at substantially reduced calories if you're watching what you eat... time to loose some weight

Great salad bar , fresh vegetable juice , and delicious coffee !

A lot of choices but taste quality isn't so great. My panini was salty and greasy (unhealthy). I still prefer Pret and Guy & Gallard.
