This place was Awesome. healthy wraps and sandwiches . fresh fruit and juices . Sure a lot of places do that, but in my 5 day trip it definitely stood out as extra fresh. It all tasted great too.

Chic-Egg sandwich for breakfast (or anytime, really) is a great way to start your day. It has a kick of sriracha mayo on it.

Super Fast, Super Busy and Super Salads . For $8.50 you get one protein, three premium toppings and unlimited remaining toppings. Everything was very fresh.

Great breakfast options , platters, pancakes and omelettes . Their salads at lunch are one of the best I know.

A great lunch spot . Healthful and quick with a bit of upstairs seating if you want a small oasis.

Quick service . I always go for a wholewheat bagel with cream cheese and fresh lox .

Fine when you need a quick bite to eat, and they have some healthy options . Rarely crowded , which is also good.

If you're stuck in the FiDi for lunch , salads here are a great call. They're $8, they have kale , and there's no extra charge for avocado !

The Turkey and humus sandwhich is amazing add a little Mayo to it and it will be superb

The food is good. But their prices are misleading. Make sure you ask if those toppings are extra money, they most likely are. Smh. $1.50 for one strip of bacon . #ImGood

Kinda expensive for my tastes, especially when Chinatown is literally five blocks away. But the food is very good.

Awesome make your own Salads

Service is awful this is the third time being there and still disappointed beside the attitude of the older gentleman in the back who I very rude and refuse to make my order the salads are great

The chicken salad pita sandwich fell apart as soon as it was unwrapped. :-(

No pork establishment !! Love it!

Just came out with gluten free pasta and it's way over cooked. Watch when you go to the pasta bar and tell them not to over cook it.

Don't get breakfast here. I ordered French toast & sausage . The sausages were cold even after being put on the grill, and the French toast tasted stale. :-( Flavors, you are on Notice!
