Get here after 8:30 if you like the place to yourself. I love working out in the Group X room when no one is there!

The willPower and grace class is great. Pilates-like and a good workout.

Train with Erin Attwood...I'm leaner, stronger and can go a farther distance...she's got bad a$& tattoos as well .

When the parking lot is full and the men's lockers are empty , you know there's a Zumba class without going upstairs

Cotton candy is an excellent source of protein. Also cigarettes

After eating and drinking your way through Brooklyn/Westmorland/Sellwood, you should probably stop by the gym .

Heidi is the most amazing trainer here.

Not the door staff . A class was canceled, last minute. 3 door staff busy folding towels didn’t come up to tell the folks waiting in the room.

No towels at 10am? Anywhere? Really? "In the dryer" with no apology is pretty typical for this gym .
