Breakfast is wonderful. The coffee is compatible to Starbucks. Very hip hotel with money left over to go shopping.

Awesome West End hotel ! Ask about their rate discounts for the residents at The Flats at West Broad Village .

In case anyone gets confused like I was, the sink stoppers are opened/closed by pushing down on them.

Watch for hair in the beds at check in. The front desk staff gave us a new room immediately but still should have been done right to begin with.

Very disappointed with the cleanliness of this hotel . In 4 days our room was not cleaned after directly speaking with housekeeping about the problem. We switched rooms which was very inconvenient .

Great location but this place is a dump ! Stained carpet, mold in the shower grout, no ac !

Beware their pet fee. Didn't reference it when making the reservation , even though I said I was bringing a dog, and then tried to charge me $100.

No garbage bags in cans. Very friendly management !

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. I guess trendy means inconvenient . No dresser, no closet, no latching or locking bathroom door, no towel bar , no ice machine. Staff doesn't care. No concierge service.
