Substitute salmon for ham for the classic eggs Benedict for a more sophisticated taste and ask for extra foam with your cappuccino .
The Something Salmon breakfast is very well worth it
The Classic Benedict is really good, wish the hash brown it came with was bigger because that is yummy too!
