The fact that there is a clock on the wall that constantly reads 2:30 says a lot about their urgency of service.
Good luck getting any of their "Hot N Ready" from 4pm-8pm items actually available at those times. Always a wait, even when there is nobody in the lobby. Plenty of employees standing around though!
