Bad service, I waited at least 10 mins before I said something they made the 5 people's drinks behind me when I figured out they forgot to even make my drink but they gave me a free drink to make up

Scanning device was down, I didn't have my Starbucks card on me, and they wouldn't punch in my card number. Worst Starbucks ever!
The line might be long but it moves faster than the short line at the coffee shop across the street.
They charge extra here since it is in the convention center
I'm not sure if this is the one in the convention center , but if it is, it is just awful.
