The environment and customer service has definitely improved since a year ago.
Easy to get to on the T but the produce here often looks like it has been through a war.

Need to go through jfk/umass if you're to the west of the station
Very poorly organized store. There's like 4 different aisles you can find beans in, and like 5 places to get canned tomatoes . But good luck finding basil anywhere.
They will double bag with plastic if you don't ask. Save some planet by asking for just one or better yet - bring your own.

Don't come tp the deli unless you are planning on slow service, and people that don't want to help.
