The staff at this hotel is 1st Class ! Tanya at the front desk was absolutely the best and personifies Hospitality ! They make a great breakfast and Starbucks coffee in the AM. I highly recommend!

The BLT was excellent. The lobby is fantastic, I'll be spending a lot of time here now.
i complained the room doesn't match the one i booked .. i had a couch instead of sofa bed ,, they let me pay half of the price kindly

I wouldn't bother to ask for a feather free room. After multiple requests my room still doesn't have foam pillows . Every staff member I have spoken to are rude. I will find a different hotel next time

Worst hotel in Sterling. People are rude, breakfast is poor and expensive . You'd rather search a better place to stay!
