The supper menu was superb, just what you'd want from a butcher focused restaurant : venison , quail , and the sausage that all other sausages should aspire to be!

This has the feel of a highly evolved cafe in some small Texas town . From the locavore menu to the hipster wait staff , it's a trendsetter foodie vibe for sure. Wines are uninspired though.
