Great Japanese cheesecake , always fresh, hot, fluffy and tasty. As good, if not better (more pronounced taste but less fluffy), the day after from the fridge . Toronto location always has a long queue
Fresh baked is super fluffy and jingling, so easy to go down. But personally I prefer to keep it in fridge overnight , it will have stronger cheesecake taste and texture will change as well
The fluffy cheesecakes . All the fluffy cheesecakes : Regular, Chocolate and Matcha . Delicious.
