The bath and massage in the spa "The Works" is good. Prepare to be naked in front of a woman who baths you and don't be scared - they do it everyday for 20+ years. Just follow their instructions
It’s old, but it’s neat the bad part is the key to the rooms is an actual key like your house key so gotta be careful not to lose it. And the mountain side pool on the 7th floor is pretty cool.
Best restaurant in town . There's a Seafood Buffet on Friday night that is to die for. Ask for Mitch. He's the best waiter here!
Make reservations for the Sunday brunch or you may not get a table. Of course if you don't and complain to the manager, you may get to sit next to the fountain in the other room .
Perfectly beautiful & strange much like Hot Springs itself. Unfortunately there were Magnolia bugs ALL over my bedroom. They did offer to switch my room & when I declined they gave me my money back.
Al Capone kept a suite year-round at this opulent 19th century hotel and allegedly exported local Hot Springs moonshine back to his Chicago speakeasies . (From Aerial America) Read more
Do not stay at the Arlington. Drove from Dallas for my husband's birthday to stay the weekend and change our minds quickly after 3 rotten rooms.
Traditional bath house is amazing experience. Hotel is classy and rustic . Jog up the mountain to the lookout tower in the morning.
Congratulations, you've found one of Esquire's Best Bars in America. Before hitting the bathhouses and spas , get a Bloody Mary . They're great here.
Was a really nice old hotel . Bath and massage was wonderful.
Ask for Tuman for a great Shiatsu (a little rough- but on a good way) massage for women ( I think men can request her too). She is da bomb!
Wireless is a joke. Either use your cell phone as a hot spot or try for access at a local restaurant .
Beautiful lobby
Get a suite. Chill in the hot tub . Drink champagne . This is the best place to relax and celebrate!
Get a room with the natural mineral bath. It's great!
The view for a week day?
This place is in a serious need of upgrading! Think the last remodel was in the 60's!
Amazing spa experience
outdoor hot tub is evidently open year round.
Maybe the suites are nice but the basic rooms have questionable carpeting, mold in shower , and good luck getting hot shower .
Be sure to get a full body message and bath in natural mineral springs on the 3rd floor bath house !
Watch for Bed Bugs . Rooms are smallish and smell like a locker room . Cell Signal in the Conf. Room on the 2nd floor is non existent.
Need wedding music ? Vocalists, pianists , acoustic guitarist, harpist, Celtic trio, string quartet, brass quintet and more. Call Rebecca at 501-318-8222
Self parking garage is awful. Save your time and car - use the valet parking .
Get a suite bc the other rooms are ancient. I'm talking nasty carpet, mold in the shower . Smh...
Carpet dirty ; hair/stains on towels; tub cracked. Horrible road noise, heard neighbor sneeze! Pool filthy; curtains wouldn't close; NO guest parking , had 2 call hotel for advice, 6 min scary walk away
Housekeeping is a bit Trifling on the 4th floor. Half cleaning and dirty linen on my bed. For the money I'm paying ol hell no!
Nostalgia is lost on me when it includes no A/C
Find a spot on the grand porch .... Best people watching in Hot Springs.
Al Capone Suite
This hotel is gross and unclean. There was a mouse have dead that came crawling from underneath the bed. Nasty!
lame ass New Year's party upstairs... we thought disco was DEAD!!!
Pan-seared salmon and spinach salad with berries and basil vinagerette!!! Utterly nummers! - Caitlin Shook
Didn’t swim just went to look it was cool how the pool is in the mountains. - Danielle Faircloth
It's nice enough if you like old hotels... pretty authentic, but not worth the money... I was pretty disappointed in our little closets room with a tiny tv hanging out of the wall... no it factor. - Sarai Brock
You can't beat free beer, wine and select mixed drinks. Try the red wine sangria if they have it. Really good! - The Bear's
Wonderful staff! Gorgeous rooms! - Dickson Stewart
If you like little towns with a great past, this is worth the detour. It has that special feeling of melancolia. The tour of the baths is nice. But sure about the duck tour though. - Anna Vladau
Great food! Try the guacamole! The fish tacos were also fantastic! - Christian Zinn
Extremely good burgers. The old fashioned burger is my favorite. Very crowded but such an awesome atmosphere and a lot of history. - Rachel LaCount
