Best in town . From the octopus as starter to the bison brisket and their fish , everything is very flavorful. If you want a good meal, come here.
Had one of the best meals of my life here. Connie, the head chef , placed 3rd in top chef Canada a few years ago. Highly recommend.
Sharing is an excellent way to try a bit of everything on the menu. If they are offering the chorizo and Jalapeño - do it - you won't be disappointed if you like meat and spicy hotness! Enjoy.

Sometimes a good tip to squeeze into popular place is to take a seat at an eating bar . This isn't a good tip here. Their eating bar faces a windowed meat locker that can be a little graphic!
Delicious! Try the duck fat poutine . Lunches are as good as dinners and the warm bag of cookies is a nice treat :)
Used to be my favorite restaurant in yyc but the last two times I went service was lame and the plates that used to be amazing were just "ok" Seems like they are dropping the ball after Charbar opened
We had a good meal, but not outstanding and certainly not to the old standard of the restaurant . The service was spotty and the food price high.The "best before date" may have been reached.
One of the best steakhouses in town . Fresh salad and fries come as sides. Great experience!

Beets , pig head mortadella and butcher steak are outstanding. My favorite restaurant in the city
Get the Duck Fat Poutine . Charcut is also great for lunch , love the $15 set menu . Yeah Cookies !
Hands down get the Share burger , melon salad , chicken , prime rib , and charred broccolini
Their menu changes daily so check their website before coming over and excite your taste buds! For an intimate feel, reserve for dinner time!
We were blown away by 50% of the dishes we ordered - heirloom beet salad , bone marrow/escargot, and the black garlic pasta w cheek. Do yourself a favor, and skip the prime rib . Service was slow.
We love the bag of warm cookies included in their in-and-out lunch (45 minutes, $15). Such a nice touch!

Not the tuna "conserva ", it's terrible. The charcuterie board is good.
Maybe it's a Canadian thing but you can only eat well done meat here and thats that.
Try the famous and increasingly less secret Alley Burger .
