This is where Gold was first discovered. Cool spot right on the river . Great place to swim and go tubing. Picnic or swim , fun little adventure.

Great place to put in for C to G class 2+ kayak run. You can continue through to the Gorge for class 3+. Beautiful river , gorgeous scenery . Less crowded this time of year.
