Pancake with leek was stuffed with leek & glass noodles . It wasn't good: the balance was off with too much leek & garlic (I love garlic too), & the skin was too thin.
Thai style fried hand pulled noodles with chicken slices ok. Tossed (not fried) in Thai sweet chili sauce : on the sweet side. Very little chicken & shrerded not sliced. Came with bowl of soup on side
1915 hand pulled noodle with beef decent. Pretty tasty soup but beef so-so: a bit bland & tough. Noodles OK: somewhat chewy, not springy. The pickled radish piece was a nice addition to the soup .
Sichuan crispy pork had crispy light batter but tasted very plain. They had the usual Chinese service standard with no preemptive water refills.
