I've had a to return a couple of faulty items in the past and on both occasions they've either refunded me my money or swapped for another item without any dramas! Great service along with low prices.
Staff are knowledgable but not especially enthusiastic. Shop is quite messy and seems disorganised. All is forgiven as the prices are incredibly low!
Good price, the Aussie guy at the front desk was helpful.
