This is the worst run Panera in the area. I expect lunch to be busy but service is excruciatingly slow and disorganized. They often get orders wrong.

Their soup may be amazing but their service is not. I sat for half an hour waiting for my order, and when I finally asked about it it had just been sitting there! Ugh!
I never got served. Two couples walked in after me and were greeted and there orders were taken no one ever spoke to me so I left.
