This gym is the best kept secret among gyms in Manila! Trainers won't try to hard sell their training packages and they help anyone who asks with both their knowledge and/or a friendly spot .
24 hours . Good rates. Friendly people. Shower room you're not afraid of going barefoot in. Highly recommended if you're in the area.
Facilities are well maintained. Staffs were courteous and polite. The place is clean and smells fresh.
