This is the Ladro for the rest of us. MUCH more laid back than the others. The baristas are actually friendly here!
The beans here are roasted in the lighter Northern Italian style.
You might need to repeat yourself a few times. Listening skills could use some work.
You must get the frozen caramel latte !!!! :-)
