The Lead Tech , Britton is phenomenal. I have never had any pharmacy personnel or anyone in the service industry go to the lengths that Britton has to help me. Always great service!
Good and bad - The pharmacists and pharmacy techs are good, with the exception of Twilla . She is unbelievably rude, unfriendly, has no people skills, etc. This is not one experience, but dozens.
Twilla is a horrible person, if you are sick she can make you sicker, even if customers complained CVS does nothing about her, if it was not for Twila everybody else in the store is generally good
Drop off rx drive thru , it will take almost 45 mins to get your RX filled
Skip the drive thru . It's faster to just go inside.
Wow.... 40 minutes to pick up a prescription ....
Pharmacy wait time is horrible. Hasn't changed in several years.
An hour and a half to pick up a prescription with horrible customer service from Lead Tech Britton . Might want to avoid this CVS.
Pharmacy is absolutly horrible! Twila is very rude and the wait is ridiculous! Transfering to Walgreens!!
