The Plaza as some of the best wide-open stairs to climb and descend for a great cardio workout in summer, you can walk up and down Maywood fom the mall to Douglas Shand for a bit of fresh air cardio
I really like the health food store - pappillion - lots of great choices, highly reccommend. The staff is very helpfull as well .
Many little stores, great store for health food, Pappillion is very popular, lots of choice and prices are good.
The only mall I know of where you are allowed dogs. Great place to bring the WHOLE family!
