I have traveled all across the U.S. and have had the opportunity to eat at many Hibachi Steakhouses and Nikko is simply the very BEST!!!

I left a 20 percent tip for the sushi chef , the waitress informed me she didn't get any of those tips. I tipped her for bringing me soup . I left 20 percent for her but will not go back
hagerstown has 3 hibachi places, but this is my favorite. awesome sushi , too.

Definetly somewhat of a lower income area. With not much to do. I walked several blocks and not even a coffe shop. Lots of cat calling so ladies be aware. - funky flavor
