I think the service has improved and the food taste really good. Compared to outlets at subang and shah alam which I often go. I give 8/10 ????

Though it looks much difference frm d leaflet,it taste quite gd o...and i love theis cheese powder!! Finished half of it !! =)

Damn slow when clean up tables upon customer leaving.. Need to call them to clean up tables.. “MANAGER PLEASE DO SOMETHING...!!!!”

Very slow n bad servis, pizza have to wait for many many hours i think.

Very bad service. Pizza is ok, pasta very very bad. The carbonara is especially bad. Felt like throwing the pasta to the manager's face.

yes, lots of comment regards to the service....service poor and unfriendly staff but the pizza is not bad

Saw a baby roach! The new CNY pizza served doesn't look like the poster at all! Vr2 less topping. Will think twice to eat there again! Bad outlet!

Walaupun ada pelbagai komen negatif, pada pendapat saya cawangan ini masih dikira memuaskan. Pun begitu, masih banyak yang boleh diperbaiki.

Double standard staff kat sini. Nak order kena scan barcode. Aku tanya - tak boleh je ke amik order manual? Dia nak jugak suruh pilih online. Tak sesuai untuk org yg kelaparan.
