Great Sam Smith's pub with quirky areas inside. Has nothing to do with Game of Thrones but I'm sure they've gained some patronage because of it. Named after the doctor who discovered Cholera ...
Traditional english pub in the heart of Soho. More than affordable to start your night out!! Nice crowd roo :)
Steak Pie . Fish n Chips . Get the Bitter Ale . It gets a bad rap but I had a great experience.
Enjoy it here with its upstairs - plenty of comfy chairs , spacious bar and good vibe. Downstairs can be hectic as pretty cramped.
Very authentic sam smiths pub . Beers on tap are good but there's more variety in the fridge . Delicious oatmeal stout
named after the dude who did the first mashup - of cholera deaths and water wells - to discover how cholera was spread
Samuel Smith 's Brewery
You know nothin' John Snow. Great pub . It's a Sam Smith's, so cheap booze. Recommend the alpine lager for just over £2
Lovely pub . Go upstairs for more room.
My wife and I stopped here on our first date!
Sammy smiths so cheap , and a tiny door !!!! Also kudos for the Game of Thrones name :D
Sam Smiths brewer-owned pub , meaning cheap and good beer . Attracts a pretty down to earth crowd.
Cheap beer , slightly shabby interior (which is good), and the name. (Pro tipp: Don't ask the staff about bastards.)
Taddy Lager is nice and pretty cheap for London (£3.24 a pint). Lots of young people. Good pub .
Good old Samuel Smiths . Assuring a northerner can have a pint in Lindon at close to northern prices.
The physician John Snow investigated a cholera epidemic in Soho in 1854 and made the breakthrough that cholera was water-borne. By turning off the public water pump here he saved many lives.
One of the most affordable and personable pubs in Soho.
Love the tiny door inside the bar !
Busy though cheap ! Reliable Sam Smith's place, a haven in overpriced Soho.
Nice atmosphere and ale selection .
Named after the doctor who helped identify the source of a cholera outbreak in Soho, England, in 1854.
So many beers , cheap too
Generic London pub and after work drinks place.
Perhaps the pub with the most important historical connection in London. If you don't know John Snow's story, look it up now.
The port tasted liked cherries and chocolate :)
The cheapest beer in London.Cheers!
Love their organic lager
19:00 - 19:30
Be sure and duck .
best place to get cheap wheat beer ! (or any other sam smith's pub lol).
Juicy beers
Cheaper than a date with your mum.
Get there early to avoid dissapointment. And don't forget there's a big room upstairs!!!
I'm here for the beer
The bar staff are soo slow
Really love the mini-door, definitely worth seeing
winter is coming
Alpine lager is indeed very tasty. Almost as good as Swiss beer ;-)
Winter is not coming.
Samuel Smiths exclusive.
Buy bottles or risk the tap hangover.
I don't see what is so special about the alpine beer . Def not my favourite.
Brace yourself
Beer cheap , but red wine (cab sauv) pricey and over-sweet.
Awesome place for good cheap booze
Alpine lager is £2.16 a pint. And it's amazing.
Have a beer , but never food!!! The worst burger in my life! So awful((( too disappointed
Caution: baron and Sergio could be here
On 14 April 2011 The Guardian reported that a gay couple were ordered to leave after kissing. The management of the pub accused them of being obscene and rudely ordered them out. Shameful staff ...
Non-heterosexuals are not welcome at this establishment.
Highly recommend the Cheese Burger from the BBQ menu. Excellent. (Order with a side of Chips) - David McFadyen
A great selection of beers that you don't see in most pubs. The fruit beers are very pleasant if you want something a bit different. The Imperial stout is also good. - Robert Ram
Love them for a bit of a treat take-away lunch - the medium Boston Butt pulled pork sandwich comes with a pile of their spicy chips - Phil Kench
The wait can be long but worth it. The rump cap steak, confit pork BAO and fried horlicks ice cream BAO all the way. Sooooo good. - Thiago Maia
Great table at front window - sweet potato curry super yum and very filling! - Terri Wade
