We didn't get to check out the food as we were turned away (in the rain) for having our dog with us, and we were in the garden area. It wasn't busy, he's not a big dog and it seemed a shame.
A bit rough, but they do an excellent curry
Eggs royale were great.
has very nice beer barrels to sit on, surprisingly comfy . bit nippy in the winter but plenty of chance to catch some sun in the summer :)
Just had a lovely steak meal here, was excellent and the staff were friendly !!!
Try some wraps and Panin's they're the best!!
Thursday nights are the best - Curry Night!
Nice cheap food, great range of real ales .
Very rude! We have been coming here for years! We have had cold food before, the wrong meals brought out, but this is not something I expect rudeness from staff for no reason!!
It's a Wetherspoons! What more do you want?

Respect the locals there epic
It does what it says on the tin
Above average W'spoons. I can vouch for the ale but not the clientele.
Much nicer now they’ve done it up. Nice balance of historic and modern. Fantastic beer garden. Nice bar food. - Mark Wootton
They give a discount on the pint of real ale for CAMRA card holders. You might have to ask though. - Paul Higham
This is a proper English boozer. Make sure you have a pint of real ale. - Chris Pinnock
