hole in the wall esque vibe. However, lots of Asians in the restaurant mean one thing: good Asian food ! kind prices + good food (esp. their pho and spring rolls are amazing!)
I love Vietnamese food , I had lunch there with my colleagues and it was so delicious. I love the decor and atmosphere.
So challenging to find inexpensive yet good pho places in the city and this place is both! Pho prices ranging from 6-8 with great portion, couldn't be better.
This is my fav as they are consistent in their taste, service & value. I recommend their Pho Xe Lua, Bun Bo Hue , Bun Lemongrass Chicken/Prawns.
Best pho in the city -- always get #5 (chin nam) and #42 bun cha gio thit nuong! (: i would avoid the sandwiches here.
This place is a duplicate of Thai Son on Baxter & Canal . But, I hear they have the same owner. Equally delicious food at both places.
We got a lot of the pork dishes 52 I believe. Huge portions , cheap and can take large groups on a Saturday night.
Very decent Vietnamese food with huge portions . Accepts credit card
The food was really tasty, but the staff is really stressed and tired. The portions are really big and the prices are really affordable .
Cheap and good quality selection of food for the price. Second time eating here and the food is always good.
The first Vietnamese in Chinatown and better than the rest. All the classics are great
Fast, cheap and good. Someone said that you can pick any two. Here you get all three.
This was my favorite pho place in NY until recently. We had a horrific experience- we had hair come out our spring roll and then a fly come out of our pho and they never even apologized + charged us.
Very Racist establishment. I went here with my Asian friend and the made me pay before I ate and no one else. We watched as people ate and paid after. Being black they feel you will run out on them.
I didn't try That much of Vietnamese restaurants but i can say that this is a really really good one.
Really delicious and authentic Vietnamese food . Get anything with prawns
Inexpensive Vietnamese food in Chinatown. I always go for the #6
Bun thit nuong and xe hua :D worth every dollar. The sandwich is a little pricey ...
Always the food is at its best price for the amount of food you get.
I like to eat their Pho and occasionally their beef cubes with rice .
classic pho spot. consistent quality and good service .
excellent & affordable . The portions are HUGE - so order wisely.
Didn't try their pho...but their grilled pork chop were really good!
The summer roll must've been sitting in the kitchen for some time. The wrapper was too sticky, causing it to be stuck to each other.
Anything Pho . Anything iced coffee . Anything. :)
If you have a cold and it's cold outside: #20 pho bo sate will be your saving grace.
You must get the pho and spring rolls here!
Everything here is solid. Definitely try the grilled beef wrapped in grape leaf.
Best pho & bahn mi in Chinatown!
Fried fish + (canh chua) sour seafood soup makes for a great family style meal
Number 1/4/7/125. Spring rolls . Coffee . And..... Chicken curry . Yum!
Cheap pho , decent quality.
Smaller portions than other places in the neighborhood .
If line is long go to Thai son . Same restaurant . Same food.
fast service - favorite vietnamese in chinatown !
Get the vermicelli !
Never ordered anything from here I haven't liked. Pho and vermicelli are both excellent.
Can't go wrong with grill chicken or pork on anything!
My fave viet restaurant since I was a kid!! Nommyyyyy!!
Excellent pho ga and bo kho! Get the latter with the loaf o' bread !
7 bucks for an extra large bowl of pho ! Good but there better places then here
The dish number 42 grilled pork served with angel hair noodle , lettuce, cucumbers & mint leaves is deliciouuussss
Been coming here for over 16 years.
They Charged my friend and I a tip with the bill because I was African American.
Good place to eat!
everything is perfection
Barbecued pork chops are good.
Really good food +++
Good stuff!!
Number 125 hits the spot for people who are scared
Order everything on the menu - dumpling and egg roll appetizers and the traditional pho offerings are some of the freshest in town. For Vietnamese food lovers. - Matthew Spector
Extremely delicious pho, go with the number 1 when in doubt and always order a Vietnamese iced coffee! - Sam H
Best Pho lunch deal. super rich broth. perfect for winter. - Christophe Jammet
Tasty, delicious 'n quick Taiwanese style bubble tea. Things tend to sell out by the end of the night. During summer I like the unsweetened green tea (iced) with tapioca - subtly sweet and refreshing. - Amy Graff
Great, quick service. You really can't go wrong with what you order. This place is the real deal - Maddie Cannatella
One of the cheapest butchers in town. It'll always be crowded, but it's worth it! - Kim Pham
