Food is great as usual. But i really really dont like the service here. 4.7/10

bbq sauce dalam rock n roll lite meal tastes like it has been diluted with a cup of water . plus, service not so friendly .

Service fail. Macaroni n cheese fail. Overcooked. Muffin cold. What else. When I complain the staff said nothing wrong with the food. This is not my first time at KR. Please avoid this outlet .

Beautiful corner lot outlet with glass facades ruined by the horrible horrible service. Not only did the food taste bad but the waiters were horrendously slow/oblivious to customers.

For my advise, next time do not take tingy chicken spagetty... sour taste...

The lady boss was so annoying! nagging to her employees. .....bla bla bla. ....lost my appetite. .....never ever going there no more!

Absolutely horrible! Orders get mixed up food is.bland. Plating is uninspiring services bad. Kenny Rogers quality has gone down the drain

Muffin vanila sangat sedap . Cuma ayam tak berapa juicy. Gravy pon ciked. Pastu salad tu tgk la elok2. Mesti jaga kesegaran

Pengalaman buruk ari ni. Sorg pekerja mcm mengamuk sambil sediakan makanan. Hempas itu ini, menjerit2. Kalu x puas ati apa2 jgn lepaskan geram dekat customer yg bayar utk mkn. Manager cm x buat apa2.

Selalu makan kat KRR. Tp Bangi Gate Away punya KRR x sedap, rasa tak sama seperti yg selalu aku rasa. Hanya muffin je okay .

Bagus Kenny Rogers Roasters ni...menjaga kesihatan pelanggan. Makanan kurang garam, minuman kurang gula. Boleh makan hari-hari. :)
