Awesome COurtyard ..this is one of the few W hotels that feel like a boutique .. Preferred this one over Poydras.. not to many food options but you can walk to many and SOBU is awesome!!!!

Great location for hanging out in the Quarter or branching out into the rest of the amazing city that is New Orleans. Staff goes out of their way to be excellent.

The staff is very friendly . As for rooms, the star suite is it... The other rooms...... So-so but make sure you plan ahead... The suites are always booked .

Lovely spot, as to be expected with W. Do take some time to chill by the pool and order a bottle of your preferred wine while you are at it.

Beautiful courtyard . The pool is heated but not too warm. Spa style floors in the bathroom so can walk anywhere while you're still wet and it doesn't matter.

Very pleasantly surprised by this hotel ! Staff is outgoing & helpful, working to anticipate our needs, provide suggestions, & make sure that the stay was enjoyable. Current renovations will add a lot!

Staff is awesome and the courtyard is fantastic. Room was good - esp. the balcony overlooking the quarter and the big bathroom . Pool is nice - wish the water was colder than bathwater though.

Staff was great and perfect location. My only con was the tremendously loud trucks that began arriving at 5am and came/went for rest of morning. No sleeping past 5 here!

I see weird reviews. I don't know about the pool, but who cares for one when you are in NOla? Great loc. & service. My room faced the courtyard so it was quiet (who brings babies anyways?) great $

SoBou is really quite good. Try the pork belly steamed bun !

Dog friendly as usual for the W franchise. However housekeeping was not very pet comfortable . Rooms are small (similar to the W London) although very plush. Close to tourist central yet quiet .

Nice courtyard lounge but rooms are a little tired. Yes it can be a bit noisy but not too bad for a spot 2 blocks off bourbon street. Staff is great and location fantastic.

Wonderful king room.

All of the SPG properties have no more Acura MDX service. The contract is over. Bummer!

Some might call that dampness "humidity." Rooms are nice. Check out the projections in the courtyard at night.

Honestly? Not my favorite. Too "sceney " with super small rooms. The Sheraton across the street is a better option.
