On most days its not very busy and checking in can take less than 10mins. The design is really cool as well .

What's consistently missing: courteous service staff . Counter setup could also do w/ a makeover, perhaps low counter w/ chairs 4customers 2make d interaction more personable.

Situ Hasbah is bloody rude. Closed counter n did not show the sign. Asked her y she said she out but ppl didn't see (blocked by someone) and she made us wait for 15 mins then reopen n rolled her eyes
