Best Buy

F this place. 45 min at customer svc so some 16 year old could tell me I can't return something purchased at a Best Buy kiosk @ airport when it spit out the wrong product. Really? Great svc.

Said they had 8 copies of Transformer in 3D but couldn't find them. Of course I was able to find it after searching for it. Not helpful here

It was nice. I had a couple of people advise me on laptops... They don't sell macbooks here though!!!

The WORST Customer Service ever! These employees don't like customer, just save your time and go some other place, otherwise Gabriella and Luciano are going to make your day remarkable awful.
