Good service and good food... Stopped by around midnight for a bite and everything tasted great

Great place to eat if you want to deal with a hostess with an attitude and eat overdone, underdone and cold food all on the same plate.

Below average for a dinner but great selection for a breakfast .. the fish I tried was fair .. the good thing they open 24/7, so if u got too late IHOP can be the only option! || 6/10

You gotta try the banana bread French toast ... Awesome.

Short order cooks still learning... Sunny side up eggs bad (even after reorder), omelet not good. Manager was great tho. Just still new & figuring it all out or needs to hire someone who can cook.

Service is slow at best. Most of the time servers can’t be bothered to do their jobs. Management not visible ever. Complaints have gone unanswered. Go to San Marcos one instead.

Sorry but every time we have been there we had terrible service and the order took forever to come out. And it was not busy.
