Great ambience for seafood , being by the sea. But be careful which restaurant you go to as the standards and quality of seafood varies dramatically.

Accessibility is not the best strength of the place, but it's got a nice range of good seafood restaurants . Good for a walk after a heavy, yummy meal along the beach , too.

In case you care they charge for peanuts , hand towels, hot tea and a service fee on top of all of this. Plus tax on everything just mentioned. This is on top of the $47 for the crab .

After 21:00, it is hard to find taxis from taxi stand in front of East Coast Seafood Centre. Be careful !

We caught the MRT to Mountbatton Then took a taxi to the East coast sea food center. This cut our bill almost by a third for only $10.

Choose Jumbo every time! Chili crab and black pepper crab .

They have taxi drivers or maybe non-taxi van charging $60 to get to the city . Is it a rip off?
