ไอเดียการทำร้านดี ไม่ต้องมีรายการอาหารเยอะเกินไป เน้นขายอาหารประเภทเส้น เช่น ไก่ /หมูตุ๋น และต้มยำ presentation ใช้ได้ อาหารเสริฟบนถาด มีเกี้ยวน้ำถ้วยเล็กๆ กะเกี้ยวกรอบมาเป็นเครื่องเคียง
