F*ck these negative tips. Staff are always lovely, giving me cream at no extra cost and the broadest smiles this side of the Wharf. Grab yourself a loyalty card and be happy.
Far and away the best coffee shop on the Wharf. I'd put the big new Costa second and the Churchill Place basement Starbucks third. Fourth possibly Jubilee Place Starbucks.
Just like any other Nero branch. Nice to hang out here though than outside during the colder months.
Definitely go for the red velvet cake !
